Eligibility Categories: High school, college,
and emerging. See entry form for more details.
Entry Fees: No fee for high school and college students.
$25 per film or script for submissions in emerging category.
Script Requirements: Script length no longer than 15 pages, must follow industry standard formatting. See entry form for more details.
Film Requirements: Film length not to exceed 30 minutes.
All films must be submitted as high resolution Quicktime .MOV files on DVD.
